THE ART OF JAPANESE PASTA

Introducing Japanese Fusion Pasta to LA Foodies. As you know, Japan is a country famous for its various delicious foods. However, Japanese pasta culture is not so well known. There are three trends in Japanese pasta. One is the development of traditional Italian pasta, the second is well-fried pasta called "romespa", and the third is mixed pasta with cod roe or sea urchin. Born in Tokyo, UNETTO introduced Los Angeles to Japanese-style pasta, which has formed a unique culinary culture.
